Q:

How do I wash my BabyPop Superhero Items?

A:

Capes: Are machine washable warm with like colors, dry in the dryer,  then remove and iron on back of logo will iron and it will look like new. (move iron quickly so as not to burn cape)
Tee shirts: Machine wash and dry with like colors. dry in dyer and iron if needed.
Skirts:Are machine washable warm with like colors, dry in the dryer,  then remove and iron on back of logo will iron and it will look like new. (move iron quickly so as not to burn skirt)
Gloves machine wash and dry
Crowns:  not washable spot clean with damp cloth air dry
Masks: not washable spot clean with damp cloth air dry

Leadtime

A:

How long will it take for my cape to be made? ďż˝?ďż˝Since all capes, masks and gloves are custom-made from scratch, please allow 7-10 business days (non holiday), give or take a day, to complete.  Full sets with Tee Shirts, capes masks and capes takes 3-4 weeks.  Because of the tee shirt.

Due to Holiday Demand we are at 14 days to sew leadtime for a cape.  All cape orders Place before December 7th 2013 will ship on or before December 19th.  Please plan accordingly. Orders after the 7th will not be guaranteed Christmas delivery.
Full set orders for Holidays need to be placed by November 25 2013
Last day for international orders for Holidays is Nov 25th, 2013,

**We will send shipping confirmations when shipped. Until we send you the shipping confirmation please know we are working very hard on your order and cannot give shipping time estimates. All orders placed by the 7th will ship by December 19th. If you have ordered by the 7th and have not received shipping confirmation from us by the December 19th, 2013 please contact us immediately

When busy we are sometimes only able to process the orders close to when they are due. We will be more than happy to try to meet your deadlines, so help us help you. Can I add extra letters?

You can add one extra letter on Capes only. One extra letter is an additional $3.00.

How long are the capes?

A:

Length of the kids capes are 22â? which fits 2-7 years of age. â?¨Extra length 4” are 4.00 more

Available for over 10 items with 2-3 weeks notice. Over 10 lettered capes ordered to one shipping address at one time contact seller.

Shipping

We ship US Postal Office 1st class mail. The majority of the time it takes 3-7 days. But there are times that it does take longer, this is not a guaranteed service, which is not tracked/insured so there is not a tracking number. I use the Post Office to keep my shipping cost down and pass the savings to you.  Also due to unforeseen weather events that are out of control your shipment might be delayed, so we apologize for the inconvenience, but we can’t control mother nature.

We do ship Internationally just (US Air Mail)  Place your order if the shipping comes out to be more than your order we will bill you prior to shipping..sorry not cods

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses give at the time of ordering.

Since BabyPop is located in Pennsylvania, residents of Pennsylvania are required to pay taxes (included upon checkout).

How do I enter a Coupon Code? Any Restrictions?

Coupon Codes when available can be entered on the shopping cart page “add a coupon area” under the subtotal (it is green lettering)
