A:

How long will it take for my cape to be made? 
Since all capes, masks and gloves are custom-made from scratch, please allow 7-9 business days, give or take a day, to complete During the holiday season it takes 14 bussiness day. This does not include shipping time.  All orders placed before Dec 5th will ship prior to Christmas.

Superhero sets and clothing, NO rushes are accepted 2-4 (4 weeks closer to holidays) weeks.

IF YOU NEED A RUSH Please make sure to also contact sherry-at-babypop.com or through the contact page. When busy we are sometimes only able to process the orders close to when they are due. We will be more than happy to try to meet your deadlines, so help us help you. We will always try to accommodate a rush if needed so just ask. Any order where a rush is requested will be shipped USPO priority mail. 2.50 more

Can I add extra letters?

You can add one extra letter on Capes only. One extra letter is an additional $3.00.

How long are the capes?

A:

Length of the kids capes are 22” which fits 2-7 years of age. 
Extra length 4” are 4.00 more

Available for over 10 items with 2-3 weeks notice. Over 10 lettered capes ordered to one shipping address at one time contact seller.

Shipping

We ship US Postal Office 1st class mail. The majority of the time it takes 3-7 days. But there are times that it does take longer, this is not a guaranteed service, which is not tracked/insured so there is not a tracking number. I use the Post Office to keep my shipping cost down and pass the savings to you.  Also due to unforeseen weather events that are out of contol your shipment might be delayed, so we apologize for the inconvenience, but we can’t control mother nature.

Are taxes included in my purchase?

Since BabyPop is located in Pennsylvania, residents of Pennsylvania are required to pay taxes (included upon checkout).
